Service Scope

Global GoVisa offers professional consultancy services to guide applicants through the Schengen visa application process. Our services include consultation, document preparation guidance, application review, and general support throughout the process. While we strive to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements, visa approval remains solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

Non-Refundable Services

Once our team has started working on a client’s case, including consultation sessions, document reviews, preparation of travel plans, or communication with visa authorities, the service fee becomes non-refundable. This is because professional time, administrative effort, and resources have already been allocated to the client’s application.

Third-Party Charges

Global GoVisa may assist clients in coordinating services that involve third-party providers such as embassies, visa application centres, insurance providers, courier services, or translation agencies. Any fees paid to these third parties are not controlled by Global GoVisa and therefore cannot be refunded by our company.

Visa Refusal

Visa approval or refusal decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy or visa authority. Global GoVisa cannot influence these decisions. Therefore, visa refusals, administrative delays, or additional document requests do not qualify for refunds of consultancy or service fees.

Cancellation Requests

If a client wishes to cancel services before the application preparation process begins, a written cancellation request must be submitted to our support team. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for a partial refund.

Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund will typically be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method used. The refunded amount will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Policy Updates

Global GoVisa reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time in order to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or business practices. Any updates will be published on this page.
